Horrible-do not book

This hotel was horrible. It felt sleezy and very unsafe. I felt like there was a criminal element with the fellow guests and the atmosphere in the lobby. I was not surprised to see the NY Police department at the entrance. I felt unsafe and the service was non existent. It was not very close to the airport either. I would never stay here again. I would ask for a refund if available.

The personnel was very unpolite and the place very dirty. People smoke inside and they have pretty dirty towels. Additionally, I wanted to cancel the second night, they were not willing to help.

This is the most repulsive hotel i have ever stayed in. The toilet is dirty as are the bed linens. Absolutely horrible!

worst experience ever, all the druggies n marijuana smokers are roaming very free inside n out the hotel , noisy , dirty bedsheets n squeaking bed , idk why expedia is referring such terrible places to their regular customers, not good for families n kids 😤😤😤
