Hampton Inns are consistently comfortable. Breakfast was a bit of a madhouse, but timing was part of the problem. My only real issue is the Hilton “ambassadors “ that hover in the lobby to pounce on you to get you to a timeshare sales meeting. Given the option between a Hilton property and another comparable choice, I would choose against Hilton due to their aggressive sales pitch. That’s just awful.

Location is great. Breakfeast is good (relative to an american breakfeast) enough to power your start of the day. Rooms are small but this is NYC you probably won't get larger for the same amount of money. Staff was kind.

The room was spotless, had plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner and bodywash. Breakfast was included and offered a generous selection!!

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind in the many interactions we had with them. Location was close to Times Square and the subway. We loved the rooftop area to view the city!
