The front desk were really friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean and worked for the two of us. The elevators were a bit slow but overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough for us to walk to Central Park and has dinner options nearby. We also walked 15 minutes to the cruise port and it was an easy, safe walk.

Everything was good until the next morning, there r ants crawling all over the bed. Disgusting

Water Pressure and temperature of water was not the best. Hotel was booked based off of facility I was going to visit and the distance listed on Expedia was a lot further away in walking time.

The staff in the entire hotel was friendly and helpful. It had a small bar with lounge area to relax and have a drink along with a small variety menu with snacks and wings. Walking distance to Central Park and other attractions.

All of the front of house staff were wonderfully welcome - especially the lady leading the early evening shift. A fab advert for your brand which I will definitely use again while visiting NY. Thank you, James

Service was good the only think is the parking issue
