"Very nice and clean rooms, very comfortable beds, quiet considering you're next to Times Square. Coffee bar should stay open all day - we could not get a coffee at 2pm which was strange. Bar prices could be lower for hotel guests."

"first, i like the buffet breakfast, food well cook and the waiter are excellent. but, I was disappoint that a whole 5 star hotel in the heart of global, busy city, a big apple for that matter has no refrigerator in the room ."
