Hotel was great, wish there had been a fridge in the room, but other than that, it was a great place for our Manhattan visit. Very central to shopping, dining and experiences!

The customer service was great! Very helpful staff. Location was also perfect.
Noise could bother you a bit possibly

I loved the location of this hotel. I tried unsuccessfully several times to order room service. Ended up ordering from a restaurant a ccouple blocks down and walked over to oick ot up. Really looking forward to room service and they never answered or called back when I left a message.
