Booked three rooms for family for my son’s wedding. We had a challenging check in for one of the rooms and subsequent issue. All businesses have issues but it’s how they deal with them that makes or breaks. Matthew, the manager I dealt with was excellent, even extending to a hand written note with apologies. The hotel staff were exemplary, the location excellent, food great and the rooms, perfect for a long weekend. Were it not for the initial issue - which as I’ve said was handled superbly by Matthew - this would have been a straight five star review. I’d stay again for sure.

The room I had booked (facing the river) was not available, so I was given an upgrade to a beautiful and spacious suite. I had the best experience ever in this hotel and I am certainly coming back and recommending it to friends.

One of the few places in manhattan i can say its worth the money feels they want you at this hotel!!!
