Location of the hotel is very nice. Rooms are extremely small but clean. If you come after 8:30am for the breakfast it is gone and you end up with pancakes and boiled eggs in best case.

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was the best decision. The hotel is really close to Times Square, but you don't hear all the noise at night. The room was perfect for me since I was traveling alone. In fact, if you're traveling solo (especially as a woman), it's a great option. Another thing I really appreciated was that you can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out, then pick it up whenever you want. I highly recommend this hotel!

Property very updated and close to Grand Central. Breakfast was more than grab n go. Very good options. Loved the location. Only thing was the temperature of the room never dropped below 72. We had it set for cool and set for 65, even tried to lower to 60 to see if that would help. It never budged. It was a little warmer in the room for sleeping than we prefer. Staff very helpful! Would consider staying again if air conditioning was improved.

The room itself was fine - they offer free coffee in the morning. My stay came with a continental breakfast which was probably one of the better ones I’ve seen. I was on the 12th floor which was quiet and i stayed the night Knicks won. It was the people next door arguing at 6am that got me up. Great location, desk staff super nice.

This hotel is a great location, especially if you are wanting to see any shows. The rooms are a little small but that is not a problem unless you are planning to stay in your room a lot. The biggest downfall was that there are only two elevators for I believe 18 floors. The one elevator got stuck when we were in it but luckily a worker was with us and was able to get it open after a few minutes.

Location was very convenient for planned trip. Room was clean and large. On the downside, check-in was extremely long….with only 2 people in line. The air conditioning in my sleeping room didn’t work properly. In the evening when I couldn’t tolerate it any longer I called reception. No one answered on the first 2 tries. When someone finally did, they responded that maintenance doesn’t work in the evening and didn’t offer to change my room. Of course you get what you pay for it u will not be staying here again even if convenient.
