One of the only places we could get a large enough room for the group. It was a large, clean space. Concierge was helpful with getting additional towels and blankets for the couch bed. The couch bed was not the most comfortable but it got the job done.

Great location on the Upper East Side and convenient for exploring Manhattan. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly, but the ongoing construction nearby was a major downside, with significant noise early in the morning and late into the night throughout our stay 6am to 2pm). Overall, a decent hotel, but the construction really impacted the experience.

I think it is a wonderful hotel for long stay or family vacations. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Location location and convenient to food stores and other amenities to support your needs. We loved having a kitchen to prepare our own quick breakfasts and even dinner on nights we were all tired from trekking around NYC. The corner mini grocery store “Dumb” has all you could need to eat right up to great prepared meals to go!

Location is great, room size is good. Clean safe. Booking pricing all over the map. Could not extend stay at desk they had no idea what they had or the pricing expedia showed several rooms at last minute extreme hiked pricing while desk said they had “ no rooms”. Would stay again but only booked far in advance depending in price. Once you are there they want to giuge for any additional stay.

This is a hotel we’ve stayed at several times. It is very convenient to train lines and close to restaurants and Cental Park. The kitchen is great if you want to do breakfast in the room and a grocery store is about a block away. Room is large too.

Our stay was disappointing. Musty smell, hot, the hotel is outdated and the rooms could use renovations, the sofa bed is cheap and very uncomfortable. They charge $42 a day for hotel facilities consisting of a room with chairs, water and a coffee machine, a gym which is just a small room with 2 treadmills. We did like the location and its proximity to Central Park and restaurants. Krys from the front desk was very nice and polite.

Overall great location. Great room size especially for a family of 5. Quiet hotel area which was great. Staff were friendly. My only negative is that our room was completely missed for cleaning one day (not sure what happened as we didn't have any do not disturb sign up). Overall would stay here again. Easy access to subway and there are several restaurants nearby along with some great coffee options down the street.

The check in staff was warm and welcoming. They let us know to use our credits before midnight for snacks and drinks, which we otherwise would have let expire. The room was massive, well appointed, and comfortable. We were only here for one night since I was coming down for surgery, but would definitely stay again. There was construction noise across the street, which made sleeping difficult, at times. Hopefully that’s temporary. Overall, great spot!
