"Would have like a few more options for a late night snack for those jet lagged and looking for a quick midnight. Yogurts, ice creams etc in the fridge by the desk would be great. I ordered Chinese as recommended by the front desk. But they took an hour and fifteen minutes to show up. It was well past midnight by the time the food showed up."

"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...

"The room was basic but everything I needed, clean with adequate space. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to leave early so we didn't get to use the breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient and the drivers were friendly."

"Verdaderamente este hotel está cerrado y la app no nos informó previamente, me enteré cuando llegué al lugar. Al lado hay un hotel llamado Ozone Inn, al parecer movieron la reserva para ese hotel, pero no informaron sobre ello. Lo supe cuando fui a ver si quedaban habitaciones y la persona que me atendió me dice que tengo reserva. Realmente fue estresante y frustrante. Sali de viaje y el día antes de regresar al mismo hotel por una noche es cuando me llega notificación al email de lo que ya yo...
