"We stay there each time we come to NYC. Staff very good. Half of a glass door in shower is cold. Do not like the new $20.00 service fee per day. That’s a lot for two small bottles of water. "Front desk staff was very helpful especially after our flight got cancelled at 1am and we had to book a last minute hotel. Value for the hotel is good. Bell man Joseph was very nice and helpful in getting a taxi into the city.
