Excellent location. Modern and clean room with a view of the Empire State Building. Amazing food nearby and kind helpful staff. Will stay here again.

The Staff were welcoming, the location was central and the beds were comfortable. The renovated rooms had modern furnishings - it was a perfect place to rest after a long day out in the city.

I loved this hotel! The staff was so friendly and the rooms were spacious with a comfy bed and nice shower. A great price for a bustling area of Manhattan close to great food and fun. Highly recommmend

Great location and price for a girls weekend. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were updated and clean, good size, held our bags all day after check out. It is pretty loud outside at night with stereos on pedicabs, but that’s NYC. Not the hotel’s fault. Fast, quick walk to subway or walkable to other great areas. Nespresso pods, snacks and water included in the fees were very nice to have!

Staff was very aloof and not accommodating. But great room and location, just don't ask for staff to bring anything to the room.

Fantastic renovated rooms in flat iron. Walkable to Times Square and Empire State Building. Lots of restaurants and shops near hotel.
