The Only Thing I liked was when it was time to leave … This place is Horrible .. Crackheads was sitting in the lobby and people sitting on the table next to the microwave.. also bathroom was filthy

Great location for people with cancelled flights

My flight was cancelled, and I needed a reasonably priced place to stay for the night. This hotel is very well located, just a few minutes' walk from the Jamaica airtrain station connecting to JFK airport. There's a NYC Finance Department office on the same street, so the neighborhood has a constant police presence. The rooms are old but clean, and the staff (particularly Nathan) was friendly. There's noise from the nearby intersection in the daytime, but it quiets down at night.

Single person for one night no more

This is a short-stay motel that wishes to be a medium-stay inn and is still in the growing stages. It's proximity to public transport and the airport make it great for one night hops before an early flight however it is located in a shadowy area of Jamaica Queens with less than reputable characters around after dark. The neighborhood is on the industrial side of the airport and a 5 minute walk before populated areas with plenty of Law Enforcement. Despite the Blue Birds nest efforts at cleanliness, (they do clean constantly) there is a heavy and pervasive odor of marijuana from the short stay revelers. They demand the deposit in cash up front to be returned at the end of the stay and the parking lot only holds 6 vehicles. They prohibit stays longer than 7 days and advertize late night short stays in jacuzzi rooms such as the "groovy midnight special" the rooms lack closets and fridges which tells you their original intent.

My stay was extremely horrible .This is my fist time staying at a hotel an wasn’t happy with my stay . Unfriendly staff ,very dirty place .there was animal poop in the Elevator and on the corridors.Noises with loud music from other people staying in the hotel as well .. I definitely do not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay at ..

The hotel could have beetter potential. The room are ok we noticed the smoke detectors were cover the room smelled like weed. We had no remote the hearter in the room didnt work at all we notified the front desk amd they absolutely nothing. Parking is tight but available area is ok close to stores amd dining.

Staff was rude, not safe area, Unit was not working therefore it was freezing at night, hot water was not working well in shower
