Great place to stay. Staff super friendly, location excellent, very clean and has all the amenities we need. Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience at Arlo SoHo. Our room had a clogged sink, a clogged shower which flooded the washroom, I had to ask multiple times to have room cleaned, when they finally came at 6pm they left only one clean bath towel (even though we left the dirty ones on the ground as requested). Telephone didn’t work, HVAC didn’t work (had to sleep with window open because room was 80 degrees). When checking-out front desk said they wouldn’t charge me for facilities fees. Hoping that they honour that. On a positive note, the breakfast included was a perk and location is good.

Excellent location, amazing design, and service was excellent-- the coffee at the lobby cafe was great. The only thing-- and it is the only thing-- is that the rooms are a wee bit tight. We are a couple and we did fine. It will help with intimacy.

Great location. Easy walking to the west village and soho. Staff was great, Alejandro was amazing! Can’t recommend this place enough.
