The lounge could be open later, but other than that, it's a great value for such a convenient location.

Great location, ample and clean rooms. The only negative comment is that the mattresses are soft and not comfortable.

The bed was by far the WORST I have ever slept on in NYC. For towels you get one slightly bigger than a hand towel.

Staff were a little confused that we had already paid through Expedia. The rest is good to very good.
