Hello Mr. Oren, Thank you for your feedback. You booked a reservation for 8 nights to a City Suite. Prior to your arrival, you reached out to us looking for potential upgrade options as you stated the room type booked might be too small for you. Our team assisted you with showing you several suite options in which you ended up staying with the same room type booked. After your first night with us, you then mentioned having to depart early due to work related reasoning and would like for us to waive the cancellation fee. Prior to your departure, our team explained to you that we have a firm cancellation policy of refunding 50% off the remaining nights which had already been refunded to you. Our team have went above and beyond to assist you as well as explaining to you our policy.

Great Times Square Hotel

This hotel was amazing. It was comfortable, everyone was friendly. It was well situated to visit all of Manhattan. Very little noise heard from adjoining rooms.

Nice room

enjoyed my stay. Room clean a little work on the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom door but overall nice. Modern decor comfortable. Location was amazing could walk to many things. I would recommend this hotel and will stay there again. A small note if you upgrade make sure you look at the fee which is in addition to the new rate, I was disappointed by that because I was not info there was a fee to upgrade the room.

Fantastic apartment style hotel
