"The room was dark. There was only 1 light between the 2 beds. The restroom light was on a 30 second timer. They did not give us regular face towels. It was a dish towel. The floor in the elevators were dirty, that evening when we arrived and the same dirty floor was there the next day. The ceiling was not painted in a large portion of the room, maybe they had a leak and they repaired the ceiling, but didn't bother to paint it. This was the 2nd room. When we got off the elevator, there was a mouse trap by the closet door. The first room was dark, the floor was bumpy and you could not lock the room, the dead bolts did not work and we could not secure the door and this was also the case for both rooms. "Wish we had known that one wall of the shower was a window into the room. It was frosted up to my waist, which would be fine for a man, but very awkward for a female sharing a room with 2 sons. Other than that, the room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The neighborhood was pretty sketchy after dark. So walking 5 minutes from the subway at night was a little concerning. "

"The stay was ok. I had to switch rooms because the bathroom flooded as i tried to shower. then in the new room the bed was broken, the AC/heater didn’t work, it didn’t have a phone and the TV wasn’t connected to wifi. i had to contact the front desk by calling from my own personal phone and let them know. the towels were also dingy and stained. the room had long black hairs everywhere like they didn’t clean… outside of the room always smelled freshly cleaned though."
