Unit was very clean and fresh. Beds were comfortable Only downfall was no aircond and very hot. We were given a small fan and really needed a second. Small window in bedroom could have down with security catch for a little air floe.

Great location for adventures on the cycle way. Had a neat pool that we didn’t use as it was always being enjoyed by heaps of others !! Would definitely recommend this spot to stay 😊

Overall a great stay. Close to everything you’ll need or want to do. Friendly staff. Some wear and tear over the property but looks like renovations are on going so isn’t really a complaint or basing my review on this. Our bed was a bit average, very bouncy and a bit uncomfortable . In saying that I would definitely stay here again.

Tiny unit with very basic facilities. At $220 per night a motor lodge would have been better value

Basic clean room. Very comfy bed. We just stayed one night, arriving late and leaving early so no time to explore the property.

There were brawls all Saturday night and bottles being smashed. The TV in the room didn’t work and I paid a ridiculous amount of money only to pay for the internet seperately. Poor quality place

We are sorry for your experience with other customers, the park was full of people as it was the long weekend for Labour day. A manager's phone number is displayed on the reception door and they are available to be contacted at anytime to be able to deal with these situations at the time it happened. A 2GB voucher is provided on check-in for the WIFI Internet. We have checked the TV in the room and the aerial has been replaced, we do appreciate guests letting us know of things during their stay at reception or when you see a staff member in the park.Kind regardsThe New Plymouth TOP 10 Team
