The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, and well stocked. I requested batteries at one point and received them within 30 minutes. My second stay at a Sonder and will be my first choice for future stays.

Family enjoyed the minimalist, converted warehouse vibe and the space provided for the price. Being able to stay here as opposed to renting two hotel rooms for the family was much more convenient. Easy access, with key codes also worked better for us than having to deal with the front desk and constant traffic of a large hotel. The main issue was the noise outside, which is something the place cant control. The place is on Rampart, near Canal, whick makes it very convenient to everything in the French Quarter without actually being in the middle of it. Unfortunately there is constant traffic and cars with loud music into the early morning. We were in a room on the front of the building, near Rampart, which probably made it louder than other rental spaces. Again this is not something the property can control so be aware. Also know that, while the decor is nice, there are no closets or dressers or full size ironing board. It was not a problem for us because we had the 3 bedroom and only needed two. We used the third for clothing and suitcases. It was still much less expensive than 2 hotel rooms in this area and allowed all of us to be in the same space. We enjoyed the full kitchen, 2 full baths, free wifi, and smart tv that allowed us to sign into our streaming services. Very good experience for us. 4.5 stars if it was possible.

Keyless access was easy using the keypad
Close proximity to Borbon street ,nice little cocktail bar on premises with very friendly staff . Stayed one week would come back

They were forcing to do everything using a mobile app many features like checkout time, requesting room service etc. were not available even on their on website
