Hotel is nice and clean. Beds are nice and comfy with clean linens. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast is decent with waffles, yogurt, fruit and muffins. Easy parking, safe and secure. Easy access to I10 and New Orleans about 30 minutes away. Would stay again

Only a 20 minute drive from New Orleans. Safe and right off the highway for easy access. The staff was amazing. The only negative was that the elevator was out of service but it won’t stop me from staying again in the future.

I wouldn’t let my worse enemy stay at this run down hotel. This place should be closed and rebuilt…..terrible and disgusting place to stay. Don’t put your money and family in this hotel.

Let me start by saying the room itself was not terrible. Beds, sheets, showers, and towels were all clean. The bed was probably more comfortable than mine at home. The bathroom was extremely small for a room that could occupy up to 4 guest, again not a huge deal just a little inconvenient. Hotel was in a safe area, easy parking, well lit lot. Staff was always SUPER friendly and helpful. However, the hotel does have an odor to it and the warmer it got outside, the worse the odor was inside. We had to have help from the front desk EVERY SINGLE TIME we needed in our room. Our key cards never worked, not even once. That was quite the hassle and a bit frustrating. We stayed five days and weren’t offered a different room once. The hotel was not at capacity during our stay, a different room with working key pads would have made a huge difference for us (and probably for the poor night shift girl who had to leave the desk every single night to manually unlock our door for us). There are not a lot of dinning options in the area, there is a Waffle House next door but other than that, you either have to go up to the next two exits or into New Orleans for food. But let’s be honest we were going into NO anyway. Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible. I would have just like it to be more convenient in some areas.

Elevator did not work, no WiFi, one room smelled moldy, 2nd room we were given was very dusty. Coffee was watered down and breakfast options, well there was no breakfast options! Stay away from this hotel, not sure how they have such high rating on Expedia.

We are sorry for the inconvenience unfourtunately a storm knocked out our elevator and our wifi we are working on getting them fixed as for the breakfast we were most likely waiting on a delivery and were out of alot but we do apologize and will work on all of these issues

Everything was great. I honestly felt safe here. One thing is the bathroom is quite small but it was just my daughter and me and we were fine.
