The staff was pleasant, the facilities were decent, the bed was comfortable and the mini fridge was convenient. The breakfast was decent, and it was a 30 min bus ride into the french quarter. The TV did not work, the room was cleaned up but not clean, and the phone wasnt plugged into a phone line.

Logement pas Très propre, il restait un sandwich moisi dans le frigo, notre porte se fermait mal et des problèmes avec l'ouverture de la porte. Le petit déjeuner rien de rien bref je ne recommande pas

The room was dirty had either blood stains or poop on the walls there was roaches in the bathroom and bugs in the beds. It also smelt like mold and urine . Also there was no restaurant or bar on site as advertised and the front desk said the bar was closed cause the bartender lost his liquor license. Also it’s not close to the port as advertised it’s more than 40 minutes away

My first room was dirty and the 2nd room I had, had burns in the cover and also the covers were dirty. I did like the area and the pool also the breakfast but both rooms were dirty but yes I did settle due to not having anymore available rooms.

WiFi was not working TVs was not working Was not able to access the pool Had to go out to get cell phone service

The person who provided the breakfast was really friendly; I liked sharing the breakfast time with her. On the other hand, on my second day, I asked for clean towels, but the staff just took the towels away, leaving only one for my girlfriend and me, and never gave me more. I tried to call the front desk, but no one ever answered.

The rooms have spider webs all over the walls, ceiling is falling down. The staff members are rude. Limited rooms available. Breakfast is also disappointing. If you can book some where else please do.

DO NOT BOOK, DIRTY HOTEL!!! Bugs in the bed, stains on sheets and towels. Hotel staff is rude and unprofessional. Shower was also dirty
