How warm and helpful the front desk staff were was very mixed the first people who checked us in were warm and kind but one woman was very short and cold. We asked about taking the bikes out on different days. Multiple co-workers told us it should not be a problem as they were almost always available and were getting ready to help us get them when she either cut them off or told us without looking up from her screen that they were gone for the day. Perhaps this was true, but how she went about it gave the distinct impression that she just did not want to deal with getting them out - whereas her co-workers had indicated that it was an option separately on both days.

Feel safe walking to most locations. Seven blocks to Jackson Square.

This hotel was very conveniently located. We stayed in the Panoramic Room with a City View. It was great although I wish they had a microwave in the room. Otherwise the stay was amazing.

the pictures showed much better than the actual place!!! no proper outlets either and there was no USB connection in any room! front desk was too upset to answer multiple questions!

Literally one of the best hotels. And the restaurant downstairs is A1. Will stay here more often
