Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. For a Hyatt was very run down. The hotel was very outdated. Had paint coming of the ceiling in the bathroom and smelled bad. We checked in late and the crowd in the lobby was very questionable. Went for breakfast the first morning and there was no food out and the guy kept saying it was coming while he was checking the trash. After 15 minutes we just left. There are so many different places to stay that are within a block don’t waste your money here. Will not stay again.

Don’t like paying to park.
A/C didn’t work good
Rollaway mattress was solid springs.
Breakfast was little to none. And long wait for food.
Felt safe with having to use room key to use elevator.
Walking distance to Canal ST and other sites.
Front desk lady was helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was not refilled and had nothing left with an hour left in the breakfast, and dirty conditions.
