did not get checked in until after 5pm. room did not get cleaned...housekeeper cam once and at 5pm.

My money and other stuff went missing from housekeeping! And nothing was ever solved!

This hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. The front desk staff was excellent. The housekeeping staff were not excellent! The one that we interacted with was very rude and never had a smile or a nice word.

Great stay! Great experience! But… shower head was disgusting!!!! It was filthy!!! I’ve never seen one that bad! Filled with mold!!! Room 260! Great room disgusting shower head!!

The bottom fitted sheet did not properly fit the king size mattress, it kept pulling off.

The breakfast buffet did not have any options for people who didn’t eat meat or cheese. There were times that my husband could only eat toast w peanut butter and fruit.

Great location, full fridge and cook top. Our room on the 3rd floor was quiet and overlooked the street and Cemetery. Laundry facilities on 2nd floor only and some machines were broken. Excellent hot breakfast. Very friendly staff. Will stay here again!
