The property was extremely fancy and the staff was very helpful. We ordered the pizza for room service and it was not very hot or crispy.

The staff here is TOP TIER. I hated leaving because of how amazing they were. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. There were blood stains on the wall, and overall the room was just kind of gross.

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was super soft and the soak tub was huge! I loved the tub. Convenient restaurants on site and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

Wash vert surprised that it was quite, the room was spacious and my husband loved the bath area , separate tub / shower.

My husband and I enjoyed the stay but were very unsatisfied with the front desk staff last night . My husband made several calls to the front desk to get housekeeping to bring clean towels and we never had anyone bring them .

The location of the property and staff are great. The hotel rooms are old and dirty and need major upgrades. The Caesar’s takeover and remodel is much needed, look forward to see if they update the rooms in addition to all the work they’re putting in the casino.

The hotel needs a refresh. The furniture needs to be changed or cleaned, stains on furniture, bedspread and more. The hotel needs to paint and shine up libby and elevator area.
