Room was in okay condition had to clean the counters and fridge upon arrival loading dock across the road is kind of loud in the mornings other than that it was very comfortable and spacious.

Went for Jazz Fest. Was looking at hotels a bit outside of town but happy we paid the extra to stay here. Right on the edge of the French Quarter, great location. Nice to have full fridge/stove/washer/dryer. Side note: Be careful on Bourbon Street! We had our wallet and cell phone stolen.

I want my money back. The property wqs not ready to go and I had to find other accommodations.

Other than location this place offers little. There are no place to put your clothes, not a single drawer in the bedroom, three hangers in the closet, your luggage had to be in the floor since there was no place to put it other than that. The furniture at the dinning room and living room is uncomfortable and of poor quality. The kitchen is nicely appointed.

The bed was extremely hard and very squeaky. Sleeping was uncomfortable, I had a difficult time sleeping

If you’re looking to stay close to Bourbon St and Canal St then this is a good place to stay. The condo was clean and provided us with everything we needed. Water pressure is a little low and the couch in the living room is not very comfortable. There is no tv in the bedroom if you like to sleep with the tv on. WiFi kept going out so we had to keep unplugging the tv and plugging it back in. Other than that I think this was a good stay and I would stay again. No need for a rental car staying here! We had to pay for parking everyday and didn’t really drive our rental.
