Booked this hotel because I had stayed there many years ago and it was nice, but not this time. When we arrived and got settled into our room the tv did not work. Called the front desk and supposedly there was a storm the day before but they did not disclose this information to us beforehand otherwise we would have gone somewhere else. The hotel lighting was horrible, there were stains on the carpets and there was trash around the outside of the property. It was very noisy with other guests and businesses next to the property. After our first night we moved to another hotel and I was not able to be reimbursed for any of my stay. This is not as a nice of a hotel as it once was and I will never stay here again.

It was a good location as far as proximity to the airport. Hotel didn't seem kept up well. Minor damage not repaired (lampshades) and the common areas needed a good cleaning. Breakfast was ok but was not restocked as things ran out.

Good place to stay. Breakfast was alright. Room was clean and comfortable.

Made this reservation week of check in. husband checked in midafternoon, Dropped bags off and left to airport for pick up. We all came back to hotel after arriving and checked out almost immediately. The online pictures did not look like what I walked into. The carpet was dusty in the corners and felt almost wet. The table was sticky and dirty, went well with the tray that held the coffee/tea maker thing as that had crumbs, dust and dried sticky substance. The microwave was just nasty. The only two towels in the bathroom had a smell to it. Not dirty per se, more like it had been on a shelf for awhile. The elevator on our floor had a trash can that was overflowing onto the floor. Won’t be staying at a Comfort Inn ever.

Not what I expected, I thought it was nicer. All over the hotel was dirty and needed update. The breakfast was ok it could be better.
