Read the fine print before booking ANYTHING on Expedia Hotels. I expected to pay around $1,850 for the length of my stay. However, I ended up paying close to $2,200 because of two types of taxes and resort fees for every day. Oh and the tax changed based on the date. The fine print does say tax not included, but it does NOT say the hotel charges multiple tax rates. Did not have this problem with Hotel.com.

The bed was comfy. The room was very clean. We walked in the bathroom and could smell bleach which is a good thing. Housekeeping was so nice. We asked for a fan and they found one for us.
The location was convenient. Everything was walking distance or you could take the trolley for free to Fisherman's Wharf.
The restaurant makes the best breakfast sandwich. The restaurant staff was attentive and nice. The restaurant was very clean.
The only drawback was that we stayed in room 262. It faced the street. So on Saturday night it was so loud that we didn't get much sleep. Do not stay in a room that faces the street. The next day was quiet and we were well rested.
All the staff was nice and helpful. From the valet to the bellman.

Brought our 9 month old baby here for her first over night trip, everyone was very accommodating snd friendly. Highly recommend dining at their restaurant for breakfast the next morning! They were also able to allow us to check in super early which was great for the baby to take naps in between going to the aquarium and other activities.

Restaurant was top tier. Bed was amazingly comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
