When i first got there i had issues with my room and they switched me into another room immediately. I loved the indoor pool and the free breakfast

This is an old area and hard to get to. Some questionable characters hanging out in parking lot.

The property needs to be checked because half the floors are rotten and half way fixed, the ceilings are falling. We went in 2 rooms which had someone in them! The hotel is very dirty and needs to be redone it’s all disgusting and rusty

New Iberia is my home town. The hotel staff is great, they work very hard, and they try. We did have to change rooms due to gnats in one room and we open a door that was occupied and a man was sleeping, however the third room was good. The hotel is old, it needs some care but the rooms are clean and the staff are so nice and that matters to me.
