Rooms are nice and clean. Didn’t like the idea of people hanging outside the hotel at night

Had issues with internet connectivity on the 3rd floor...the manager and staff quickly got me to stay in another room on the first floor where internet connectivity was most stable. Thank you for the convenient necessity

I was taken aback when arriving to this property. I called ahead to let them know I would be late as I was traveling from out of state. I arrived a bit later than I stated and was greeted with “You’re late!” I was surprised and was already feeling down because I was in town for a funeral. The two staff members constantly talked among each other and it took awhile to get my reservation situated. After getting the keys the staff member left the desk to move their car that was parked out in front of the hotel doors when I arrived. Shockingly, the rest of the visit was good. One of the managers was very talkative and made sure everyone was fine during breakfast hours. You never know why people are in town, so please service customers with respect.
