This is the second time in this hotel, and I can clearly notice the decline in services.
I had a suite this time but I noticed dust at the bathroom floor, no hot water, plus I had to wait for 25 minutes to check in because the guy at the reception wasn’t aware of what to do with online booking!

Noisy and WiFi insufficient
Posted 3 Jun 2023 on HotelsThe WiFi is totally inadequate at this property. The technical person spent 20mins configuring up addresses on my laptop to connect and when it did it was intermittent and virtually unusable.
Noise in the room - thin walls, had to get the neighbouring room to turn down the tv volume then I had a call to prayer from the mosque next door at 3.30am
Music in the corridors and lifts really annoying
Good breakfast

WiFi is unusable, good breakfast
Posted 3 Jun 2023 on HotelsThe local of consistent WiFi ruined my stay - am in person meeting combined with a video call had to be done via a cell phone and data. Do not come here for a business stay it is not adequately equipped in terms of WiFi or available meeting rooms.
The music playing consistently in the corridors is really irritating and I had to ask for it to be turned off at 10.30pm as I could hear it in the room
Shower leaks into bathroom as there is no rubber seal under the door
Helpful staff but they could not make up for the failings
Great buffet breakfast
Gym access nearby is great but it’s a 25min walk away
