We often praise that hotels must be on our exceptional service. They appreciate friendly and helpful staff members who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Like Wifi is good, Mattress is so comfortable. Room smells with pleasant odour. Outside seenary looks good with the pretty Gardneir, seperate smoking zone available. Overall i do have pleasant and a peacfull staff with the expectations.

I was at first very skeptical to book a room at this hotel due to the past reviews. But took the chance anyways as it was closer to my Mom's house. And they have a small kitchenette and are pet friendly. It was perfectly fine for my one night stay. The check-in clerk was pleasant. The hotel was nice and clean though slightly dated. The Housekeepers were all friendly and gave me a pair of extra wash cloths next day morning. Not too bad unlike the reviews.

I booked a stay in a room that was supposed to be smoke free. It REEKS of smoke. The room is literally damp. My socks are wet from walking around on the floors. The towels smell like mildew and mold. One of them was crusty to the touch. There are cockroaches EVERYWHERE. The room had very obviouslt not even been vacuumed. The building is disgusting in the halls.

I don't like having to pay a $100 deposit in addition to my room fee. I also don't appreciate a desk clerk is seems to have difficulty answering questions and does not think it is rude to answer the phone while helping a customer.

This was by far the worst place we have ever stayed. I have never called corporate in all of my yeas of traveling but did on this hotel. That was even before the horrible night. There was yelling and screaming and furniture being thrown in the room next to us. What sounded like prostitutes all night long in the hallways at one point I thought I should call the police but really was just wanting for the sun to go up and get out of there. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

This hotel used to be nice. I found dead roaches in my room then they transferred me to another room. That was even more disgusting. They had no towels for the room that I was in but they transferred me to smelt like cigarettes. When I ask for a non-smoking room the bedsheets were dirty as hell to make them switch it, this place just went down the drain to whoever the owner is. I hope you turn this place around.
