The room with two double beds were very nice and comfortable. I really like the new bathroom with updated shower. However water pressure in the shower could be stronger

Got into the unfortunate situation of overbooking and as usual, having booked on a third party site, we are the guests downgraded to a cheaper room and it’s an entirely different product. The hotel has the audacity to lie to Expedia about it and refused any sort of compensation whatsoever. Expedia was kind enough to make it right but we expected more from a 4 star Hyatt. The hotel rooms have been newly renovated. Pool and hot tub are great. Parking does come as an extra. Be sure to ask for a parking tag which enables you to come and go throughout the day by paying the overnight rate.

The hotel is nice and clean. The room had a weird set up. But, we could hear the person next to us coughing all night. The parking was an additional $30 dollars per car.
