Check in went a little slow but that was due to computer issues. Other guest were having the same issues. The bathroom in the hall was not flushing so I fixed it myself since the front desk lady was the only one there and behind due to computers. Went to our room and as always I inspect the beds for bedbugs. The sheets had stain spots. Then we looked up and found big areas of mold growing on the ceiling above the window. We went to the front desk and the lady (possibly supervisor) didn’t even question it or act as if it was a big deal. Also no apology for the inconvenience or anything. She just said she would refund my money because no other rooms were available. Do not recommend until they do some maintenances, cleanjng, and maybe some hospitality training. Also, I don’t think my refund was issued correctly. .

Toilet paper holder broken. Very low water pressure. The breakfast was not good and very limited. We did not know the area and they had no maps or other materials.

I di not get a room on the 1st floor like I asked because I am a disabled veteran. Instead, we were given a room on the 4th floor. We specificaaly asked not to beassigned a room next to the hotel air conditioning unit, and we were placed next to the unbit. The compessor filtered loudly into our room and kept me up all night with its loud cycling going on and off. It felt like we were being torchered. The dining room staff was incrediblyh rude and angry the whole time that all dinig room patrons were there each morning. The only bright light was Angel, the hotel manager who was sympathatic to our dilemma, albeit when we were checking out.
