Set back in a quiet area but close to freeway.

Stayed 4 nights over Memorial Day weekend. King room. Hotel is in a nice area, fairly convenient location with easy access to interstate, retail, restaurants, etc. Property seems updated and modern with good breakfast area. Biggest disappointment was that my room did not have a typical comfortable (living room style) chair to relax in. The only chairs in the room were a desk chair and a padded dining table style chair which seemed useless. When I asked the front desk, I was told only the suites have a lounging chairs.

It was out of the way and hard to find. Phone and coffee pot not working in the room. Facilities were clean and ample parking.

Having trouble finding the hotel no sign and the property hid behind the tall trees and tall grass.

Terribly noisy after 9 pm. We were in 124 and people would bang the exit door for hours. Teenagers screaming and yelling in the hall near pool door. Maid did not speak English so we could ask for towels etc. You work in America speak our language.Metal frame around bed very noisy. No safety bars in tub area. .

We apologize for this and will be reminding all staff to strictly enforce our quiet hours policy during this time. Additionally, we will investigate the source of the noise near the pool door and take appropriate action to ensure a restful environment for all guests.The language barrier with housekeeping presented a communication hurdle. We understand the frustration this caused. It's important for guests to be able to communicate effectively with our staff. We will be providing additional English language training for our housekeeping staff. We are also exploring alternative solutions, such as supplying housekeeping with visual communication aids, to bridge the language gap and ensure clear communication regardless of language.A noisy metal bed frame and missing safety bars in the bathtub are inconvenient and pose safety hazards. We will be scheduling maintenance to address the noisy bed frame and ensure all bathtubs have the proper safety bars installed.While we strive to employ a multilingual staff, we recognize the importance of clear communication across languages. We are committed to finding a solution to ensure all guests feel comfortable requesting services from housekeeping.Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. With these improvements in place, we hope your next stay with us will be a perfect 5 stars.

-WIFI never worked -Pool Light came off while people in there and several people complained after they said man would fix. - Breakfast begins at 6am: hot stuff didn't come out until 6:48AM; coffee was still dirty water until past 7am (man kept saying it needed to warm and he kept trying to get the last of the coffee out of box/bag inside; waffle machine didn't work. Also they gave you 1 complimentary water, but nothing else not even anything in room to buy or even drink. I would not recommend- especially for price
