The hotel was amazing, it looks like a real cave, and the staff were friendly, they took care of us, food was delicious. Thank you we will come come back to this place for sure.

The staff at the property are exceptional. My friend and I were at the property early and had travelled overnight, the staff gave us a room early and we were able to shower and go about the day. Above and beyond service. The property is exceptionally clean, the breakfast is excellent (best coffee I had in the area), and the spa is truly a gem. This is an upscale hotel even for the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A shout out goes to all the staff from reception to the porter to the breakfast team - everyone went absolve and beyond and it shows. Thank you for an exceptional stay.

One of the most beautiful boutique hotel I have ever ben! very nice building and nice room.
If there is one thing they can improve, it is ventilation at the bathroom. a bit smelly.

This is a very pretty hotel but the front desk staff are not very friendly/ welcoming. Also, you’re not allowed to use the hotel pool unless you wear western pool attire. I’m Muslim and wear burkini (modest version of bikini) and the staff at the pool told us we couldn’t be there bc our attire was against the hotel policy. I asked to speak with the manger and the staff member said taht I will be told the same thing and said the manger was not around. With the exception of housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff all other staff came off as super rude. There are other cave hotel around Imperial that are just as pretty and much fair priced I would encourage others to look there and would definitely not recommend this hotel. I will likely not return for any future visits.

Dear Humera;First of all, we apologize for experiencing this issue.However, entering the pool with a textile product that is not suitable for the pool according to the pool rules in the world is generally unacceptable in any hotel. This is completely against health rules. It is necessary to use a fabric that does not produce bacteria. In our hotel, many guests entered the pool with hasema. However, the swimming suit you used was unfortunately leggings and the fabric was the same as the t-shirt fabric.We never discriminate as a Muslim or non-Muslim guest. Likewise, we cannot allow a non-Muslim guest to enter the pool wearing such an attire. Because this is against the rules of health.Once again, many thanks for your constructive feedback and we are looking forward to having the opportunity to welcome you back once again and remain at your service.Kind regards;
