We enjoy the stay in the Hotel, breakfast was great, and service, at reception and Sultan in room service.

Staff are friendly and approachable. Nice and comfortable hotel, close to shops and i love my room, very cosy.

Overall loved staying the place.
Although it was quite noisy when other guests were talking nonstop loudly and not sure if they can see inside of the room as the room was directly the common terrace.
Also you might wanna confirm the pickup time for tours or shuttles as it changes every time you ask. I didn’t see any bad intention but it occurs to me that I looked late as I was given 15mins later time than actual pickup.
Still overall the staffs were helpful and the tour company was great, not over priced at all.
And great restaurants, breakfast and rooftop terrace!

It is a gorgeous property. The staff was very helpful. The food was great. The location is amazing. Perfect place to stay in Capadocia.

Excellent location, beautiful building, welcoming staff (especially Amir ) and they do everything to meet your expectations.
Amir went above and beyond to help us with other stuff which had nothing to do with his job.
I highly recommend this place and I am planning to go back to this place again.
