The staff was cold and there is no phone in the room, you have to go up and down to check on anything. There is no iron no fan nothing in the rooms.

Didnt know what to expect when we booked it. Beautiful property. The most amazing above your average hotel breakfast. Beautiful decor and kind staff. We did a road trip from netherlands to germany to Switzerland and now were in italy but definitely one of our fav Favourite So far

Breakfast was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful and the room was very comfortable.

The hotel offered no complementary coffee nor was there a coffee maker in the room. No fridge no ice anywhere. Bare bones. The shower was a separate room in the bedroom with a glass door. Not recommended if you’re sharing a room with a friend.

The staff were excellent and friendly. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was very good. However, the rooms were very small and minimal. There were 2 beds, the shower was in the bedroom with a glass door, there was no safe, no coffee maker, no refrigerator, no Kleenex, no lotions and no closet. If you want ice, forget it. There isn't an ice maker on the premises, not even the restaurant.

Nicely situated near public transport and a grocery just near. Included breakfast was excellent!

During business trips I care about having a table in the room, so this hotels fits. Spaceous room, huge bathroom equipped even for disabled people, great selection for breakfast, convenient underground parking. All good.
