This means taking off all the sheets and taking the trash out. Also having to pay for towels. The scenery was beautiful. The gate being closed after midnight was crazy and not opening until 5 am was ridiculous"

Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for"
