"Bei der Buchung steht es würde keine Rezeption geben. Die gibt es, die Heizungen haben gemacht was sie wollten dementsprechend kalt war es. Man muss für Handtücher Pfand von 6 Euro bezahlen man bekommt nichtmal eins um sich die Hände abzutrocknen. Diese Info wäre hilfreich gewesen davon wussten wir nichts.Wir waren mit unserem Hund da und ich sehe es ein wenn Haarbüschel rumliegen, dass ich die selbstverständlich wegräume. Aber nach dem Aufenthalt zu saugen,wischen etc. finde ich für den Preis...

Park Centraal Amsterdam, part of Sircle Collection

10/10 Excellent

"This was my second time staying at Park Centraal. This time brought my mobility challenged mother. Tho it’s not listed online anywhere I found they DO have a handicap accessible room which was perfect for her. The location is great with many dining options close by and canal cruise directly across the street. This stay was as nice as my first and staff was above helpful with storing and getting all our luggage and mothers wheelchair into 2 rooms on opposite ends of hotel. We arrived very early (10 am) with a 3pm check in time. We knew we would need to wait but they actually had both of our rooms ready within an hr which was above what I was expecting. So grateful for that!!! Highly recommend!"

"Great room in the sense of they take advantage of the space and use it well. Might be a lot for people to be used to but it’s still good. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with plenty of options available. The dinner there was well was great (the burger >>>) I have to add. The staff are genuinely the most polite staff I’ve come across in a hotel for a very long time. One had a name I struggled to pronounce but she was everything that I’d look for for sure. The gym is good but if you’re going there expecting a hardcore place to to workout then you’ll be upset. Two treadmills, a cross trainer, an exercise bike, dumbbells from 2kg-20kg, five kettlebells… a machine that covers chest, incline chest and shoulders… another that covers leg extension and laying leg curl… and a cable set to do rows and lat pull downs. Not the greatest but it does the job, I guess I give this place… a 4.25/5"

"The hotel was convenient to the airport and a good place for one night's sleep before a flight. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Noise definitely carries, which is challenging since at an airport hotel people may be trying to sleep at any time. I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel that didn't offer free coffee before, although you can buy coffee from the machines in the lobby."
