"Friendly, helpful and happy staff. The bed is super comfortable and room was spacious. Hotel was quiet but in an excellent location everything is within walking distance. The shower was absolutely amazing. Will stay here again."

"We had a very nice stay at the hotel and I would absolutely recommend it. It is located in an ideal spot in the city close to the train station and most tourist attractions with Depot and Sonnevelde House literally next door. The staff were extremely helpful when we had a few requests and were a credit to the hotel. My only small gripe is that there aren’t enough staff on at breakfast so certain options would run out quite often. The staff were rushed off their feet and still extremely helpful but they need more help. Overall I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again if we visit Rotterdam."

"The hotel photo report of the bar and seating area repeatedly suggests that lunch and dinner are served, and the text implies the presence of a restaurant. Yet, the only thing available to order is a frozen pizza. We had to order our food online."

"I liiked how spacious and bright the rooms were. That was refreshing! I also loved EVERYTHING about the lobby....the decor as well as the arrangement of snack shops and tables for congregating. What a brilliant lobby. I like how incredibly friendly and helpful the staff people were. They were genuine. The restaurants were wonderful. How elegant the dinner restaurant was! I did not like that the amenities were nearly out - much less than half a bottle of shower soap and only 2 kleenexes in the kleenex tissue box. Overall though, I made the right decision in choosing this hotel. I will return to Amsterdam and this is my hotel of choice."
