"Great property at a great location near a couple of museums, easy access by tram to the centraal station. Lots of good restaurants and shopping at walking distance. Hotel rooms were very nice and spacious. Bathroom was spacious with adequate counter space. The restaurant in the hotel had great coffee in the morning. The bar was nice too."

"I ended up in Amsterdam after my flight home from Brussels was canceled due to a strike and I had to rebook out of AMS for the following day. I was concerned that any hotel near the airport would have absurd same-day rates, but the Ibis was very reasonable. The major draw is the free hotel shuttle, which runs twice an hour during off-peak times and every 20 minutes during peak hours. This alone saved me close to 60 euros in Uber fees. I was also relieved that the room had AC, although it wasn't powerful enough to keep up with the high-90s F heat wave. With the provided fan, it did keep the room comfortable. I didn't use any of the buffet options because I bought a sandwich and some snacks in the airport/train station grocery store, which I highly recommend because the mini-market prices at the hotel are pretty steep, although buffet prices are standard for a hotel. With some planning, if you want to visit the city center, you can grab the shuttle from the hotel back to the airport and get a train to Amsterdam-Centraal for about 8 euros. It takes about 35 minutes for this trip, which is the same as a taxi or Uber. Coming home, I took an Uber because it was late and it ran about 27 euros, which is high but not outrageous for a half-hour journey. Overall, this comfy and convenient hotel was a godsend after a canceled flight, rebooking in a different country, and 12 hours of travel."

"This hotel was a great choice, right outside the train station made it very easy to get around. Very central location in the city for everything you would like to see. My only complaint was the lift in the hotel to access any rooms above level 1, often took 10 minutes to arrive. All in all, great hospitality and place to stay!"

"3nl night for me and my wife.Perfect hospitality from staff.lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere .nice quieter part of town but still just minutes to centre from nearby tram.we asked to move to and there room due to the heat and staff immediately accept accommodated us with room and AC for no extra cost.room service was great.bike hire was complimentary.would definitely come back!"
