I hate writing negative reviews but I feel that I have no choice in this case. My wife and I booked an "apartment" room for two nights with our 3 kids. We were so disappointed that we left after just one night (even though we didn't receive a refund). This place is NOT a 4-star hotel. It's much closer in quality to a youth hostel. It feels run down and crowded. The staff at the front desk were nice when we arrived but did not take our complaints seriously the following day. There was no phone in the room to call the reception, so any time we needed anything, we had to go all the way to the front desk. The AC remote wasn't working (so we had to take it to the front desk to get batteries). We were only given 1 roll of toilet paper (for 5 people).. so once again, we had to go down and get more from the front desk. Worse yet - there was mold on the wall in the shower, and we ran out of hot water while showering! The mattresses are low quality (you can feel the springs). Also, the pool is small, very cold (even in July), and has very little sitting area - all the chairs were taken and we had trouble finding a place to sit and put our towels down. In short, we did not enjoy any aspect of our stay. While we did not expect a 5-star experience, we DID expect a four-star hotel, when in fact nothing could be further from the truth. The hotel manager didn't even bother replying to our email to her detailing our stay. I'm writing this review to spare others from the same experience.

In fairness, we arrived 5 hours before check in. We were asked to sit on tables outside the front of the hotel, where 2 extremely drunk locals proceeded to abuse us at the great amusement of the management. If that wasnt bad enough, our car was shuffled around their limited car park, before they eventually told us to park it half a mile away, literally. We decided to forfeit the money for our booking and find somewhere friendlier and less dangerous.

Restaurant and quality of food was diabolical.. no entertainment whatsoever and nowhere to enjoy a drink other than a few tables outside ( useless if the weather is bad which it was unfortunately during my stay) so either use your all inclusive and get soaked or leave the hotel .. I definitely wouldn’t give this hotel more than two stars , the only positive is the location on the beach.. far better hotels around in the same price range 👎

- only 18 sun loungers in the whole hotel - if you want to sunbathe you have to go on the beach where it’s equivalent to £10 for sun lounger and brolly per day - pool bar is not included in all inclusive - room was not emptied of rubbish for 2 days - balcony light was broken, no one fixed it upon request - buffet food was warm/cold Apart from that the hotel rooms were nice, beds were comfortable and had air conditioning
