One of the best hotels I ever stayed

Our return visit to the Mitsis Grand Hotel, another fantastic holiday, the Hotel, although large, has many quiet spots for relaxing, not least the spacious and cool reception area with lots of comfortable seating to watch the world go by . What makes this hotel so good is the friendly and helpful staff, and boy do they work hard, hope the management fully appreciates this. nothing is too much trouble , great dining hall so much choice. We love our history so being within an easy walk into the UNESCO world heritage site of the old town is fantastic, we booked a sea view this time and looked out over the coast of Turkey, the room was very comfortable. We believe the Hotel is being rebuilt next year and have heard it is going to be something special, just hope existing customers won't be outpriced for another visit!
Thanks again for a great holiday.

Wonderful hotel, excellent food in the main buffet restaurant and in the other eating options. Loads of drink options in both bars. Staff all very efficient and friendly. 2 lovely outdoor pools with lots of parasols and the beach also has parasols and loungers. 15 minute walk to central/old town Rhodes Ali g the sea front. Throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel itself was very nice and the food was excellent staff were very friendly and helpful would recommend this hotel to anyone
surrounding area was pretty rundown and a lot of buildings were lying empty the beach had seen better days could have been needing a good clean up
I know that the season was at the start

The staff were so friendly, pleasant, helpful and almost all spoke good English. We highly recommend the please and will definitely be back.

Rooms a little dated but liked the Greek feel to the room. Hotel very clean. Staff cannot do enough for you. Very close to the beach and has three pool areas to choose from.loved the Greek, Pitta and Burger restaurants. Also loved the ice cream restaurnt, lots of variety and food options to choose from. Asian restaurant good but the Italian Restaurant not so many options menu should be revised Buffet food hall/restaurant good lots of options to choose from for Breakfast. Although no Tuna or prawns served which would have been nice. Also no blueberries. Hotel around 10-12 minutes walking distance to Harbour, Old Town and new town lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Would book Hotel again if affordable.

Amazing service. Hotel v. Good. Main dining hall food very good overall, but coffee was not upto standard. Would have expected some smoked salmon and more fish, sardines. I would visit again. Staff amazing, the best ive experienced in a hotel ever. 9/10

Wonderful Staff, great amenities and dining options. the mentality behind the establishment it to let the guests feel comfortable and enjoy their time. Quality of food is top, and drinks are top bar quality. And after we checked out, as our flight was in the evening, we were told that we can use the facilities until we leave. It was our second time in Rhodes, and will be back again for sure to Mitsis hotels either this one or another one
