The mattress needed to be replaced. It sank in the middle.
The window shade didn't prevent the parking lights from entering the room at night.
The door wouldn't shut or lock due to a screw popping out. I asked the night attendant if they had a screwdriver with a hex bit, but they didn't have one. I ended up getting the screw to go back enough to close the door and lock but it took 10 mins with the limited tools available.
The clerks were nice but couldn't resolve the issue or even allow us to switch rooms to the opposite side of the building.

Very accommodating. The staff helped us get a room on the first floor because they didn't have an elevator and I have a walker. The only thing I didn't like was the shower had no grab bars and being handicapped. I slipped but caught myself but a grab bar would have been better for me. But I would go back and make sure that I rented a room on the first floor next time. Thank you
