"The property is definitely not 4 star. The bathroom was very basic. Bathroom amenities were bare minimum. There was very little sound proof for the room. You can hear the door opening and closing in the hallway clearly which is very annoying! The location is pretty good though. And the beds were very comfortable."

"Great location, micro/frig/coffee in room, exercise facility and laundry onsite. We stayed five days for business. My only complaint was not being able to get bellman assistance when I needed it most upon departure at 3:30 AM. (Bell carts available, though.) We'll definitely stay here again."

"This was my first time in New York. My stay was okay comparative to other hotels I have stayed in other cities. The parking was best if you valet parked. They did not allow in and out parking. The hotel was nice except the shower was very small. The staff was moderately hospitable. The dining was unimpressive with no room service. I was right off Times Square so that was exciting. My doorman Bolivar was the shining spot. He was great!!!"

"Clean rooms, excellent location for theater. Rooms are extremely small. Staff is very helpful. Free breakfast offered. Renovations going on so no available lobby at this time and a little chaotic. Would recommend for 1 or 2 people in a room. Very little space."
