Great location and lobby/bar area. Rooms are large but have limited or nonfunctional USB ports and no amenities such as glasses or qtips etc. One markedly poor experience with staff who said I could not use baggage storage closet after checkout time. For the price, I would look elsewhere next time.

I thought breakfast was included, but turns out it’s actually $20 per person so that really soured my stay. Also, the vending machine on my respective floor only had one option of soda available which was really inconvenient. Aside from that, the staff is very nice.

Recommended. Don’t be deterred by the unusually bland elevator entrance. Fresh look and updated rooms. It appears a bit empty and perhaps managing expenses but everything is there except a restaurant. Is a block from a lot of city/county activity and 3 blocks from the Westchester Mall. Cheap eats are steps away. A few good restaurants walking distance.

This hotel is amazing. Figuring out the valet situation was smooth, as well as check in. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was also amazing.

I think for the price I was expecting more. Maid service was upon request as opposed to a daily default. There was no room service. No kitchen other than for breakfast so no restaurant. We had trouble with our remotes but we weren't visiting to watch TV. Parking was very good. The guys were on top of bringing your car up as needed. The staff was friendly although there was more of a bed and breakfast feel than the staff of a major hotel chain.

This is really not a bad hotel, it’s just a bit dated and everything within the property added up to be pricy. Room was 246, add tax, incidentals, traveled with a small dog add 100, parking 25. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were a little strange by orientation, with the bed I had a foot between the wall to get around it, stubbed my foot on the ac unit. Also bathroom was updated which was nice but I wish the whole room, furniture orientation etc. not a terrible place but I was expecting a more refined property.
