This is our second time stsying here. Love the area. It is safe to walk across the street to various restaurants. Not far from UMSV, hotel is clean, fairly quiet. Front desk were very friendly. My main complain we were there 6 days stayed on 2nd floor and everytime you got close to elevator it stunk very strong marijuana smell. Staff room was right there. It’s a non smoking hotel. Also the water at front when you check in was disgusting. Maybe the container needed to be cleaned. Tried it twice and threw it out,

The bathroom needs LOTS of repairs with the fixtures, shower curtain torn up multiple places and OLD..bathtub chipped in multiple places and the black metal could be observed.
