Wonderful experience will definitely visit again. I have no complaints which is saying something 😉. Luca especially made me think it was home away from home. Good ac, good wifi, good housekeepers, good food, good price, close to beach, close to other resorts/bars/restaurants on strip. Ill be back save me a room please.

A superbly located property with a serene and tranquil feel, right across from a walkway to the beach, near many restaurants, bars and shops. It was really a perfect spot and for a good. The room was failry basic but thats exactly what I booked! My only negative is that the wifi was fairly inconsistent/unreliable once we were INSIDE our room so maybe just a signal extender or to scattered around the property to boost the strength through the concrete walls. *this is why its a 4, overall* If I'm ever back in Negril this would certainly be in contention for where to stay. Would recommend!

Was not good there shampoo and conditioner when u need the iron u have to ask for it as well if the toilet paper the faucet on the sink is no good and the towels was old and ragged the toilet barely flush and the ac blows like a fan

Property backs on to a swamp, rife with mosquitoes. Impossible to enjoy the courtyard without dozens of bites. Open garbage near one side of the restaurant stinks. For three-quarters of a two week stay, restaurant next store blasts obnoxiously loud music from around noon to 10 pm. Horrible hotel. Nice owner who is very friendly. But that matters less and less over time.

Good day Patrick,we are sorry for your inconvenience for the Loud music We can't do anything about it because it is not in our Hotel. For the Garbage, we are sorry but the problem was related to the Garbage collector that had the trucks broken and it didn't come to collect the garbage for two weeks...The swamp??? The swamp is far in the back of the Hotel... far from us and the rooms. You came in a Tropical island where it is normal to have mosquitoes To be honest we didn't have any other guests complaining about noise, swamp or mosquitoes... We for sure apology for the Garbage but for the rest we didn't really see much of your complains.Regards,ValeriaSunrise Club Hotel

Coffee!!!

Just what we needed however a coffee maker in the room would be a great addition I know coffee is available at 8am however we are early risers.
