Solid hotel for the price. Rooms are nice but a tad small. Great location. Will stay there again next visit to Chicago

Hotel room was very small compared to the price we paid of more than $200. Bed was small not long enogh for a tall guy (6ft) my legs were liberally out of the bed.
Breakfast was not included, where as in expedia it was mentioned as breakfast included.

Fantastic location on Michigan Ave however our room had filthy carpeting and a teeny bathroom. We’d reserved for rooms for 2 nights for our family and two of our sons had to move because the room was unsatisfactory. Staff was helpful in assisting. We liked the idea of an established hotel celebrating their 100th anniversary however cleaning the carpeting for the celebration would’ve been appropriate.

Nice historic property with fresh, clean visual renovations.
Lobby bar and social area is comfortable and inviting.
Mattress, pillows, and sheets were fine. On the harder side.
Older bathroom fixtures, narrow doorways, plain theme.
Lobby on 2nd Floor creates congestion at elevators and entrance.
