Very nice staff except for the guy at the front desk with the hair braided back very rude. I pray I never encounter him again I come to the Trump all the time and this was my first encounter with him very unwelcoming and dry.

The AA guy with the braided hair at the front desk was rude, rude and none welcoming. But the other staff was great. Unfortunately I did not get his name because they say you remember people based on how they make you feel and he was definitely not in the way of making anyone feel welcome are at least me and I come to the
Trump Hotel International in Chicago all the time and this was the 1st time I’ve encountered him and I pray upon my coming back I never encounter him again.

Bid room but not cleaned nor updated. Late check out is only at 1pm. No room upgrade offered. There was 1 day that room was not serviced until late evening. Good location

It was wonderful property with great service. The location of the hotel so great that we even started to think a condo in this property.

It was a nice place to stay, but I don’t feel it was worth the price at all. Especially when you had to pay $68 to park your vehicle when you were already paying an exorbitant amount for the room. I don’t see how parking is not included in the price of the room for guests. Will not be staying there again for that reason aside from I don’t think the rooms are much nicer than anywhere else I have stayed.
